When it comes to sexy lingerie, there really is no shortage of topics to write about. Today, I decided to write about Myla's Spring / Summer 2008 collection. Well, Summer is going to hit the West soon so what other way is there to celebrate a new season than to check out the latest additions to Myla's lingerie collection?

Although I have written of many lingerie brand names before, it is still surprising to note that for Spring / Summer 2008, Myla has a huge range of new collections with names like Astrid, Audrey, Nicole, Fleur, Verity and even Japanese name, Suki.

Besides lingerie, Myla also has a new range of bridal lingerie, babydolls and sleepwear. And the good news is that a couple of these collections are on sale and you get to save up to GBP30 per item. This is great for people looking for high-end lingerie without having to pay premium price.

Stella McCartney “Daisy Dreaming” Organic Lingerie

My friend told me that she bought an organic dress from Singapore recently. I tell you, I wonder how clothes can be organic as well. Does anyone care to explain? Anyway, I decided to check if there’s something called organic lingerie and sure enough, there is! And by none other than Stella McCartney too. Why am I not surprised?

Stella McCartney, the daughter of Sir Paul McCartney, is very well-known for her beautiful designs so I don’t expect any lesser for her lingerie collections. But I have to say that the landing page of her official website is so ugly. Luckily it is only the landing page!

Stella McCartney has an organic lingerie collection called “Daisy Dreaming” and it is available at stores in the United Kingdom and online retailers too. I wonder if they are well received by lingerie lovers since these will not be cheap. They are, after all, organic lingerie!

Belabumbum – Flirty, Girly, Ladies’ Lingerie

When I write about a lingerie label or collection, it does not necessarily mean that I like them. I mentioned before that I don't like bras that call themselves sexy bras when they are only a couple of cups with solid colours that look too stifling to wear!

Now, with Belabumbum, it is an entirely different story. Belabumbum, which is pronounced as Belaboomboom which means "beautiful bottom" in Brazilian, is a totally girly, flirty and breezy looking collection of ladies' underwear. Belabumbum is Brazil inspired and Made in Brazil but it is an American label.

Just looking at them will cheer you up, let alone wearing them, it’s no wonder celebrities like Kate Beckinsale, Halle Berry, Paris Hilton, Lindasy Lohan, Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Garner, etc. have taken a liking to them.

Manties: Panties For Men

My friend asked me why I am only writing about lingerie for ladies. I guess the guy felt left out or something. Well, on my old blog, I did write a post on bra for men and I mentioned briefly about Manties, which are panties for men.

I do know that panties are very popular with the guys, after all, I am a lingerie seller and can you believe that I have more male than female customers?

While I have written about bras for men, I have not written on manties before so today, I am going to steal some images from Panties For Men.... this is the most straightforward website so yeah, they are my target today.

First up, I would like to just mention that loading their website and their panty shop is a pain. I don't know if it's my internet connection or if I caught their web server at a bad time but ten minutes and the site, particularly their panty shop, is still LOADING.

Anyway, I managed to get hold of their featured manties and I have to say while they look silky I wonder why they have to make them so large. Ladies don't wear panties that large. Grandmothers do. And I guess, waist high panties are fashion of the 50s and should have been left behind.

While doing my research on panties for men, I found out that there is an online club for men wearing panties. Errrr I do know that men wear panties but I'm a little surprised that there is a CLUB and members contribute photos of themselves not only in panties, but also in other lingerie items, particularly in hosiery and bras and in various stages of undress too!

I think there is more than just preferring to wear panties instead of men's underwear....but I may be wrong.

Hummpphh I personally do not watch it and do not know what's so good about it. Perhaps it's the SEX word in the title or maybe that it's just not my kind of entertainment.

Cosabella has a range of lingerie which they launched last month on the 15th of April, inspired by the four main characters in Sex and the City. If you are a fan of the show, I am sure you already know. Cosabella says that this line of fashion lingerie, which comprises of four distinctly different collections, reflects the characters of these ladies in Sex and the City. Well I would not know since I don't watch it.

Petra Nemcova: Top Lingerie Model

Today, I thought I would write about a lingerie model so after pondering on whom to feature, I thought that for a change, I would write about a model who is not currently with Victoria's Secret. And Petra Nemcova pops into mind. If you read my other blogs, you will notice that I am quite a fan of La Senza. Well, Petra Nemcova was named the face and body of La Senza in October, 2007, replacing Gemma Atkinson.

I would like to say that Petra is one very beautiful woman. Of course, some photos do not do her justice but just look deeply into her eyes and you can see her beauty shine through.

One thing that amazes me is that Petra was a victim of the 2004 tsunami which struck South East Asia. Coming from Malaysia, I do know how devastated the whole area was because of the tsunami and how many people lost their lives or their loved ones because of the freaking weather.

Petra was in Thailand with her boyfriend and photographer, Simon Atlee, when disaster struck. Petra survived the ordeal, hanging on to a palm tree for eight long hours. Her boyfriend, Simon Atlee was drowned and his body was only found two months later.

While some people think that this ordeal should not have propelled her to super model status, I think that with or without this episode, Petra Nemcova would be a world renown model. This just made her stronger. And because of this, Petra has started a children's charitable fund.

Intimissimi – 2008 Hot Summer Italian Lingerie Styles

Since Summer is just around the corner, I decided to write a post on Summer lingerie collection and I chose to write on Intimissimi. This is an Italian brand name and Italians are supposed to be HOT so I thought that would be most appropriate.

Intimissimi was launched in 1996 and now into its 12th year of business, their lingerie label could be found all over the world. I am not sure if it is in Malaysia or not since I don’t usually shop for lingerie online.

Well, anyway, I tell you, my decision to blog on Intimissimi was a bad choice. First of all, I keep getting the spelling of Intimissimi WRONG! How many Is, how many Ms and how many Ss are there?

But I persisted. I went to their homepage to check out their Summer collection. I nearly vomited. Using the side scroll bar is fine but not when the damn thing moves so fast! My head is still so painful now and I still feel like vomiting but I managed to get a few screen shots of their lingerie collection for Summer 2008.

Their theme for Summer 2008 is "in The Heart of Africa" so you can expect some earth tones, grey, animal prints and other natural colours. The colours are not my kind of colours and animal prints are definitely not my kind of thing but I love some of their styles. This is, after all, an Italian label and being sensual is like second nature to Italians.
