Aiko, whose name translates to Love-Child, is of Japanese and Korean descent. Standing at only 5ft 4in (considered vertically-challenged in the West), she more than stands her own among the competition.

Born in Tokyo, Japan, Aiko Tanaka's childhood ambition was to be a star. She started her modelling career, for catalogs and commercial ads, in elementary school. By junior high, Aiko wanted to be a Hollywood actress.
Aiko studied theater in Franklin, Massachusetts and took up dance lessons in Boston. Soon after, she became a professional dancer and managed to get some TV jobs.
Working out everyday, her sculptured body is perfect for modeling and soon, she posed for calendars and websites. More TV appearances followed and music videos, a movie, car shows, expos and other major glitzy events.

Eh..? Not sure about lingerie modelling, but she is only a D-list model in the US (where I was for 5 years). Mostly appearing on small online websites, or at car shows as a car show model.
She is a lingerie model as well and about the D-list model, yes, her photos are mostly pornish looking, eventhough she may be fully clothed.
